• 2018 – 2022 at Indira IVF Pvt Ltd Worked as Centre Head at Hyderabad branch at Banjara hills, under which more 4 OPD centers used to report.
• Led a team of infertility experts and Gynaecologist to manage all clinical tasks for clinic and assisted with day-to-day operations including marketing, lab and administration.
• Independently managed and supervised the clinical work at the unit – outpatient procedures including all kind of hysteroscopy surgeries, ovarian stimulation, ovum pickups, embryo transfers, PRP as well as patient counselling.
• Helped the organization in defining many SOP on different clinical and non-clinical topics.
• Organized and participated in various teaching programs by the organization.
• Represented the organization as faculty /instructor at the hands-on workshops on IUI.
