The Ministry of Health & Family Welfare has released Draft Rules for Renewal of Registration under the ART (Regulation) Act, 2021 and the Surrogacy (Regulation) Act, 2021. The government has invited suggestions and feedback from all stakeholders, including ART and surrogacy practitioners.

We encourage you to review the draft and submit your valuable inputs to help shape these important regulations.
