1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the process of submitting grievances to the Indian Fertility Society (IFS). By submitting a grievance, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

This grievance mechanism is available to IFS members, Doctors, and other stakeholders associated with IFS. Anonymous complaints may not be entertained unless sufficient supporting evidence is provided.

All grievances must be submitted in writing via the official grievance form. Supporting documents, reports, or evidence should be uploaded along with the submission. False or misleading complaints may lead to disciplinary action.

Acknowledgment of the grievance will be sent within 7 working days. A preliminary review will be conducted, and if required, the complainant may be asked for additional information. The grievance will be investigated within 30 days, and a resolution will be provided unless it requires further inquiry.

The identity of the complainant will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law. The grievance cell members handling the complaint are bound by strict confidentiality policies.

If the complainant is dissatisfied with the response, they may request a review within 15 days of receiving the decision. IFS reserves the right to reject frivolous or repetitive complaints.
