18 years of experience in healthcare in India. Received formal training in obstetrics & gynecology and its various sub-specialities viz., Reproductive Medicine and Surgery, maternal- fetal medicine. Of the two first Indians to be awarded with degree of M.Ch. Reproductive Medicine and Surgery, the first formal sub-specialty training program in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility in the country. Twelve years experience in reproductive medicine and surgery.

Worked as a teaching faculty in the department of Reproductive Medicine and Surgery, in a University teaching hospital for seven years(sep 2015 to Sep 2022); Senior Resident for an year, and as Assistant professor for 4 years and 10 months, and Associate Professor for 1year and 1 month.

Was a co-guide for the Fellows’ research project, of the Reproductive Medicine fellowship program at SRMC & RI, for 4 years and 5 months (From April 2017 to Sep 202).

Extensively trained in monitoring of IVF cycles, oocyte retrieval and embryo transfer. Management of difficult cases of male factor infertility – Performing TESE, TESA, PESA and micro-TESE in Non- obstructive azoospermia. Evaluation and treatment of male sexual dysfunction.
